Placing an Order with World of Motion:
When you place an order with World of Motion, we will treat it as an offer to buy.
We will send an e-mail (first e-mail) to confirm receipt. Your order will be displayed in the email and on your account page with the status pending.
If you have payed via Paypal using a Credit or Debit Card, you will also receive a confirmation from Paypal confirming that your payment has been made.
If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail (second e-mail), at which point we make a legal contract with you. At this stage your order will change to the status processing - this will be displayed in your second e-mail and your account page.
A final e-mail (third e-mail) will be sent to you when your order is complete and your items have been posted. The status posted will be displayed in your third e-mail and on your account page.
We will be entitled to refuse your order for any reason if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know and a full refund will be given as a matter of priority.

Refund and Return Policy.
You may cancel your order at anytime before your order status has changed to Processing. There is no charge for this cancellation. Please call us or email us quoiting your order number so we can cancel your order.
You may return an item for up to 7 days after receiving it only if the item is un-opened, undamaged or has not suffered improper use or care. You must pay shipping costs back to us.
If an item develops a fault within the first 30 days, please contact us for instructions so we can arrange a replacement or repair based on the results of our testing workshop.
After a 30 day period, it is recommened that you contact the manufacturer for repair under their warranty (most items carry at least a 1 year warranty). If however, you would prefer to contact us first for advice, please do so.
All second-hand items are tested thoroughly before sale. Any imperfections or problems will be listed on the product page. Please contact us if you have a problem with a second hand item as these are handled on a case by case basis. |
